Who voted Randy Moeller as ATA Executive Director? EC or Board OF Directors?

    I am sure by-laws state his contract must be approved by the Board of Directors.

    Crazy this was done without much discussion.

    If you don't know who voted for Randy Moeller how do you know the vote was made without much discussion?
