Ljutic extractor rod

    Is the pin that keeps the extractor rod in directional when you drive it in or out?

    No, but they are usually very tight.

    The pin is directional, one end is slightly larger so it only drives out one way. If you try the wrong direction you’ll just mushroom it. Mark the fat end before you start and you’ll save yourself a headache.
