WTB: A Couple of Federal Paper Hulls

    I want to use Paper Hulls for checking my powder loads. I have been just dumping out of a STS hull, but static electricity sometimes makes the powder stick. Old timer in the reloading business told me to use a paper hull. I will buy a few that will fit in a USPS Small Box and pay Priority shipping to seller.
