Winchester Super X Model 1 Trap with two barrels

SX1 Trap, 30" Full and 28" Mod barrels. Safe queen that has been shot very little. All original except Pachmayr Trap style recoil pad. Monte Carlo stock (14 5/8" LOP). Metal and wood show no scuffs, dings or dents or wear. Serial # M46757. $1000 plus $75 shipping.

 

Buck, do the ribs have a screw in front of the front sight? Also, does the 30" barrel say Trap Full or just Full? thanks, Andy

 

The 30" barrel does have a screw in front of the front sight and is marked Trap full. I have another 30" full choke barrel without the screw that is marked Full. The 28" barrel has no screw and is Mod. I do have another 28" barrel with screw-in chokes (no screw). The chokes are Carlson.... Youi can your choice of barrels..... Thanks for looking

Is there an advantage of the screw in front of the sight ?

 

Someone buy this thing already! Great deal. Those 28" MOD barrels are quite rare and sell for a premium. The no screw barrels have the advantage of never shearing off when the screw gets loose. A little loctite should fix that.

 

I would like to buy the 28” bbl with the Carlson screw chokes if possible (have Super X Mod 1 with full Choke and would like to shoot sporting), let me know?
