Winchester began production of the model 1912 (Model 12) in August of 1912 and produced approx 5,200 units that year. This gun is serial # 22xxx, first full year production 1913.
Factory 25" barrel - Shiny factory bore and full choke.
The action is tight and smooth, like new.
    Thinning blue all over.
At some point somebody put a coat of finish on the stock.

    $2,000

You probably know this gun is chambered for 2 1/2" shells. I have some Wesley Richards 8's and 5's we can talk about.

Is chamber two and a half (2 1/2) inch or two and three-quarter (2 3/4) inch. Early guns were two-and-a-half inch chambers.
    Thanks

This is a dandy gun for being 110 years old......and still ready for dove, pheasant, and quail season.

$1,600 delivered, and if it's not what I say it is, you can return less freight.

Sorry, been in Mexico. There are no shell size stampings on these early guns.
