I believe the SCTP is under contract with the WSRC through 2017. Of course that doesn't mean crap if Illinois doesn't get a budget deal by then!

I believe it says that the SSSF Nationals contract with the IDNR extends through 2017. They have agreed to suspend the contract for 2016 and will revisit for 2017 in September 2016.

So Smithy, I believe you are wrong.
They only have suspended the contract for 2016 and the contract is still in place for 2017!

Like I said earlier, will depend on the budget crisis.

It will also depend on the way everything goes for the Nationals at the Cardinal Center.

The State of Illinois had a contract for 2016/ 2017, they could not provide a facility for 2016 so they could honor their part of the contract, this would seem to be cause for termination as I see it ... The State has the budget crisis, not the SSSF who could of fulfilled their part of the agreement had the facility been available ... The State has the same obligation to the people who have agreements as the people who sign them do, its not like a light switch on /off at their discretion ... The lease, contract, rental agreements are legal documents when they are signed and they apply both ways , not one sided ... If the agreement is defaulted on they should be able to make the move without legal recourse ... Got a feeling the SCTP will not be going back to Illinois once they get a taste of Cardinal Center ...
