Ditto - have one and use it for the reloading mishaps that occur. Can save the primer and the shot - which in today’s price environment - is a must. Much easier to use than a pocket or razor blade knife. Plus, the shot is captured when the shell is cut and the two halves are separated. If I didn’t already have one this would be mine. OBTW - works for all gauges.

I sold it years ago had some of my best memories in that Casita after I was operated on for my spine problems and can not walk with out a walker or electric scooter, I still shoot sporting out of a golf cart 2 rom 3 times a week.
