Tom Wilkinson Retiring

    Tom is retiring and Robert Hight is going to take over his business.

    Yes Robert has been a Trapshooter for several years.

    I hate to see Tom leaving the industry. He built himself quite a reputation.

    I hope Robert doesn't move the equipment to Ca. It could be a mess getting the bbls back.

    I spoke with Tom today to order extra chokes and he is still doing work. Not sure when he is actually shutting it down.

    For several years I was fortunate to be squadded with Tom for the Grand American and early in his barrel smithing days he did a couple of 682 barrels for me and I am happy to say that I'm still shooting those same guns. We shot some great scores and we had a lot of fun and I am proud to have been a friend of Tom's for all of these years. Tom has done great work for many years and I hope he is able to have many great and healthy years of retirement. Don't ease into your retirement, just jump right in and enjoy every moment. These retirement years just seem to fly by.
