What's a windmill got to do with trapshooting?

Think a windmill and a muddy pond will get the SCTP Nationals back in 2017.

Looks like the windmill is for circulating the water.

 

A better question is "What will the WSRC and the state of Il. do to try and get them back?"

 

The State of Illinois broke the agreement with the SCTP and any other shooting venues that were set up for events at the facility, not the other way around ... That obviously is okay and is supposed to be accepted as business as usual ... I give credit to any of the venues that made the move when the State closed the facility to any kind of shooting, if I were involved with any of them there would be no going back so it would eliminate the possibility, (probability) of it happening again at any time in the future ... The State will never be able to enforce any agreement for 2017 being as they were the first ones to break the agreement with any and all of the others who had shoots on the schedule for 2015 and the first 4 months and beyond of 2016 ... Cardinal Center made provisions when all else failed and the agreement was not honored, what more would anyone need to know ..? The WSRC has the HOF, see how long that lasts when people do not come to visit ... WPT ... (YAC) ...
