History Buff, Please be kind enough to post the latest, most up-to-date Lease Agreements between both the ATA and THOF as tenants and the IDNR (The State of Illinois) as lessor. Respectfully, The Phantom
HB has been a busy fellow as of late. He is in the process of moving to a more Gun Friendly State. I am sure he will be back on soon to lend a helping hand.
Gentlemen, Thank you for the information. If you speak with him, please send him my best regards. He is an irreplaceable asset and a gifted scholar. This website is blessed by his presence. The Phantom
The Phantom, Sorry for the delay but I've been preoccupied with our relocation to another part of the country and have had no time to offer commentary and information. But you've asked in such a gentlemanly manner, I just have to take the time to post the most recent THOF lease I have on file. Enjoy Our History ! HB
Thanks HB ! Once again, I questioned #26 and that 45 day time limit when the original contract had been amended to 120 days. I am sure you are aware of the time it would take to itemize, pack and find a suitable place for storage of the artifacts. The former curator had told me it took several months to get all the ducks in order for the removal and storage of those artifacts that were housed at the museum in Vandalia.
History Buff, Thank you for taking time out of your schedule to help me. You are a gentleman and a scholar. Best regards, The Phantom
