    The ATA provides "Special Categories" for shooters.

    There are three Senior categories;Sub-Veteran, Veteran, and Sr. Veteran.

    All totaled, approximately 850 Veterans participated in Event #24 in 2019 at Sparta.

    There are three Junior categories;Sub-Junior, Junior, and Junior Gold.

    All totaled, approximately 255 Juniors participated in Event #24 in 2019 at Sparta.

    For years, the Seniors have paid there own way. In ten years, many will no longer be here.

    Momma and Dad pay for the Juniors. In ten years, the juniors will be trying to make it in life on their own. Unless they are very fortunate, they won't be able to afford to shoot trap.

    It's (like) a Ponzi scheme; there are more aspiring Veterans and more aspiring Juniors waiting to move into those ranks; people who are today too young to qualitfy.
    When the US birth rate drops to zero....then we worry.
