If on the HOF Board , should that person be eligible for a Hall of Fame Induction?

  2. Depends how popular the person is.

  3. I cant imagine that ever happened.

  4. It happens, thats why some run for office.

    If a person is on HOF Board, can he be considered for induction.

    Absolutely NO one should go into the HOF while they are serving on the board of directors, serving on the HOF committee, or are an officer, or an ATA delegate. This is only common sense, but to some it doesn't seem to matter.

    This has happened on more than one occasion. Four times of recent in which members recused themselves from the vote. They didn’t nominate themselves they can’t help it if the rest of the committee voted them in.
