    You might think I am making this one up. Facts are as I see it as per IDNR, is it does not look like the road at the WSRC is going to be repaired with Illinois money. This is in writing from the State. I have seen the papers on this one.

    It will all be OK ..... One could guess that PULL 2018 will be a paving contractor .....

    NEVER doubt the determination of the "fantastic direction" .....
