I don't think Mr. Fishburn's advisors are that dumb to let the ATA come in there and rule the roost.

Things are going along just fine without more ATA intervention.

 

They didn't give in the first time but maybe a better deal is in the offering.

 

This should be interesting, I doubt Mr Fishburn is going to hand over the keys to anyone anytime soon ... Rumor Vultures circling that Illinois is going to pull the plug on future operations at the WSRC (nothing has been validated as of yet ) but past practices are hard to break ... I guess we will all find out when the time is right or it will be on a need to know basis ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

 

I would weep openly if the Grand came to the CC.

If The ATA Wants To Grow They Have To Get Away From Illinois. The Grand In That State Is A Slap In The Face To Anyone That Supports The 2nd Amendment .There Are People Who Don't Shoot The Grand Because Of This. If The ATA Wants The Grand To Truly Be Grand They Have To Get The Hell Out Of That State. Just My 2 Cents.

The EC has a offer to consider. If they approve the Amateur Trap Assoc. will be saved for the shooters. If not it could be the speeding up of the end.

If I understand the matter correctly, the museum building belongs to the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. They own it free and clear.

The museum is not collateral for the loan(s) secured by the Trapshooting Hall of Fame. In case of default, the loan(s) are secured by the organization's financial portfolio not the building. The museum is not the THOF Inc.'s property to use as collateral.

 

The stupid incompetent a$$ holes that set up the HOF building should be liable for the full cost of retitution to the donors for the money they were scammed out of. They knew going in the building would belong to the state of Ill.
I wonder how much of if any of the supposedly building cost were actually juiced back to the perpetrators. They should be ashamed of them selves. Roger C.
