Pigeon grade factory engraved Model 12, SOLD

I've decided to relist this with new a new price. I've also added the letter from Pauline Muerlle documenting the engraving. A true collector's item - this is a pre 64 Pigeon grade Model 12 trap. By the serial # it started its life in 1946-47 but was sent back to the factory for engraving at a later date. Engraved by Jasper Salerno who was the master engraver in the Winchester custom shop during the 1960s and 1970s. I have the letter of documentation from Pauline Muerrle confirming this is a #5 Pattern with extra scrollwork on the receiver and the end of the barrel. It is a 30" full choke barrel with Simmons rib. There are some marks on the left side of the stock, but the metal is perfect. The pictures will tell the story. $3800 takes it home, plus shipping and insurance. This will be a nice addition for any Model 12 collection.

I would also consider trades involving Butler LF1, CG unsingle 34" or Beretta Multitarget. I shoot LH, so the cast should be fairly neutral or LH.
