Photos loading but are rotated 90° - can't correct it - need help

I'm trying to understand why when I upload photos in a PM that they display 90° counterclockwise? If I try to correct it by rotating the photo 90° clockwise before uploading them...then they don't rotate counterclockwise. Anyone know why this is happening and how to correct it? Thanks!

 

Hi Double Trouble....
The same thing happens to me on occasion. To solve the riddle at least temporarily, I go into the edit picture controls on my cell or computer. I rotate the picture one way or the other and save. Then I reopen the file and rotate it to the appropriate angle and save again. Then repost it. For some reason this seems to remind the system at the laptop or cell phone level that this is the appropriate view.
