Perazzi MX15L, comes with the case, 4 Perazzi choke tubes(#4, 6,8,10),5 choke tubes from Ballistic Specialties (.020 - .040), and a trigger spring kit. Also has a R.A.D. system on it. The type of rad that is Similar to a soft touch where the comb doesn't slide on your face. Overall it is a very nice gun, locks up tight and shoots great. I just don't shoot anymore. Haven't been out in over a year. There is some blue wear on the trigger guard and the back of the fforearm.if you need any other pictures or info let me know.
