Not Dreaming of a White Christmas, going have a nightmare

I'm in Indiana- tomorrow Christmas Day it is suppose to be in low 70s. Appreciate the warmth but I'm afraid I might have a nightmare about a Tornado Christmas tonight instead of a White one.

Conditions are about the same as they were a few weeks ago when tornadoes ripped up Kentucky. I live on the north bank of the Ohio river so I watched those tornadoes on the TV. Devastation.

70 degrees is nice but not in December. I think I've built one fire in the fireplace this year. In fact I haven't even bought up any wood to the house from the backend. Just no need for it.

the winter gas bill should be less at the cabin in mo. that's for sure.

 

We've been locked in a deep freeze for almost two weeks now with temps running -27C to -39C....
