Liked the pictures of the birds Rookieshooter posted. I always liked this one. A little town in central PA on a fine Labor day weekend. BRING ME FIVE !
I'm salivating on my keyboard. I think I shot there. Does the town start with a ''H''? Was that the second shot? Looks like there are 2 puff balls of feathers.
Hegins, The tabernacle for PA Shooters. Sadly, three years later, 1998, would be the last. The last one there anyway. We just moved down the road. Kinda looks like the second barrel. I copied it from the local newspaper. This picture was printed next to another with 5 of us sitting in the stands waiting to shoot. The young photographer asked if he could take our picture and use our names. HELL yes! One of those guys is a member here and had shot THOUSANDS of pigeons here in the states and a trip to Spain. It was his 26th year attending Hegins.
Don't know about that rookie. Maybe he will answer on here himself. He could probably tell a lot of good stories from all the years he shot.
