The North West Zone Shoot can be shot at the Newport Sportsman's Club or the Williams County Gun Club on May 16 & 17 .
I stopped by Williams County last night and they are all set for the weekend. They are planning a 100 bird non-registered money shoot today and practice. This will be a good start to a good weekend. Good luck to all of the shooters.
Good luck to all you shooters. If you get a chance, give the rest of us an update on how the shoot went and how you did. Flyersarebest
Shot @ Williams County this weekend, I should have just watched. The 200 singles on Saturday started out with a 1 hour rain delay. Had 16 squads with only 2 shooters on number 16, but it was a big day. Only had 1 shooter post a 200, Mr. Rick Springer and 1 shooter post a 199, Mr Phil Funkhouser. Rick is AA and Phil is SrVet. I didn't hear any complaints, the shoot went smooth and the food was good. Newport took most of the trophies for Saturday. Today they had 10 squads of doubles and I wasn't able to stick around for the handicaps, but the parking lot was full, the food was still good and the shooting was going strong. I hope all went well @ Newport too. As they say, any day of shooting.................
There you have it folks, live from ATS reporter Rob Taylor. Stay tuned for more results from other shooters. Thanks Rob Flyersarebest
