And it falls at the feet of the cowardly BOD. You didn't have to worry about SKIP standing up and doing the right thing.

 

The Cardinal Center is probably better off not being infected with the likes of the ATA as it is at the present time ... The Cardinal Center has a very good and reliable customer base because of their business practices over the years ... Cardinal Center got established very quickly and is (was ) well received but the shooting public ... Cardinal Center does not need the ATA any more now than they did when they first opened, the ATA on the other hand has been in decline for over 20 years and counting ... Gipson is a Parasite of sorts and does not want anything to get in the way of him being able to manipulate things to his advantage, wait and see who does the mining when the time comes for additional proof ... He will get the bids and his company will no doubt end up the lowest bidder, when actually he should be considered and being a conflict of interest and eliminated from being able to be part of the bid process ... Until there is LEGAL ACTION taken against the ATA ED, EC, and many of the BOD they can and will do what ever they want, when they want acting like they are above the law ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

Maybe not ..... how about the idea it could be much harder to sell the inflated propaganda ???????? ..... the ???? number of "campers" ..... the ???? numbers of "shooters" ..... and so on .....

Remember what happened to the last person that used a "outside person" to "audit" ?????? That person didn't last long .....

In BFE it seems you can do as you please ..... but, in someplace without total control over "camping" and "shooting", the inflation propaganda may be much harder to go unquestioned, or be subject to possible "outside" audit ..... Then the IRS may question how a rapidly dying "Sport" can make/have so much money, and pay someone 200k-ish for doing very little .....

So ...... it may NOT be ALL "ABOUT GIPSON" .....

 

The last person that used an "outside" auditor is back selling shooting glasses. I see he soon found out in that organization honesty is not always the best policy-especially when it costs you your job.
