Nickle BBL guns

    Folks,

    I have a Iver Johnson "champion" single bbl which I bought which is silver only markings on it are "BFBF " Not much of any color and defiantly no case colors on it . Bbl is sivver except a little dark where barrel hooks up to receiver.

    Is there some way to tell if the bbl is Nickle?

    You might try calling a chrome/Nikel plating shop..I would think they could tell you.
