Nick Bare a founding member of American Trapshooter passed away in Hillsboro, Ohio on May 19, 2025 after a lengthy illness. Nick began shooting at the old Winchester Gun Club located near I-71 and Rt. 68 in the 1960s and began registering the first of many thousands of targets from 1972-2025. Nick was a member of both the original and new Lynchburg Gun Club and managed the old club from 2000-05 along with his wife Sharon. He spent many of his Saturday mornings shooting or visiting with his friends at Webb’s Trapshoot in Sabina, Ohio.
