This is going to be the norm for a while. The Masters just announced it will be postponed. I always watched at least the last day at "The Masters". It didn't matter who won. I just like to watch one guy overcome all the pressure and win. I never really watched team sports that much. I always gravitated to any sport that required just one person to excel to win. That is why I liked Trap shooting. If I won I got all the glory, if I lost I couldn't blame anyone else. Hell, I used to like to watch Bowling. Remember Pete Webber? Best show on the tube when he was on his game. I would think all the major event organizers have a law department or at least lawyers they confer with as far as liabilities. Well, what do you guys think? Can we go forward with the (Insert any large event you wish) or not? Look, even though the number of people that have tested positive is relatively small compared with the population of the planet we feel that it is better to cancel. Geeez guys, do you know how much money we are going to lose if we do that? Yes sir we do realize it will be a substantial amount but consider this. Can you picture the headlines? The Masters didn't do enough to protect their patrons. If ONE person gets this virus from attending your event, just ONE, the lawsuits will be like an avalanche. There has already been a ONE MILLION DOLLAR suit against one of those cruise lines. Do you think that it will be the only one? Look,we know that you can't broadcast that as the reason, you must say it is because you are concerned for the health of the patrons, and we are sure that does have some truth to it, but as we all know in this day and age lawsuits to some people are like the brass ring. All right, we will pull the plug on it and hope that we can reschedule as soon as possible. THIS SUCKS. Yes sir I agree, it truly does.
