This has to be the most reasonable price for targets as there is today, most clubs are getting up to $32.00 per hundred plus all of the extras ... WPT ... (YAC) ...
Northwest Ohio is very cheap to live in. No Democrats to screw up cost of living. wpt you should look up home costs around Newport's surrounding counties, coming from Arizona you'd be shocked. This is Jim Jordan territory. Very, very conservative. We could probably actually do away with the police without much trouble other than speeders and drunk drivers. Everybody around here knows how to take care of themselves and their neighbors. Also check the statistics for the fake virus in this side of NW Ohio. I'm promoting a do away with lawyers movement as I write this. No cops why have judges and lawyers? Utopia. My county (Paulding) has had the fewest Concealed Carry permits issued in Ohio for years. The County sheriff said that was because he just assumed that all residents had at least one gun in their vehicle at all times no permit needed. The current OSTA president Tim Hunsaker, who is doing a fine job with all the BS in getting the Ohio State shoot up and going, is Paulding County born and bread and retired Police. Ask him about home. But back to the price of beans: Newport's target prices are in line with our area. Practice at local clubs cost about $5 everywhere.
We have always tried to give the shooters there monies worth. Good food at reasonable prices and the best shooting conditions possible. Since last fall we have done over $40,000 worth of improvements to the grounds. If you have never been to our club, you do not know what you are missing. I know Don Cogan has a few pictures he could post if he see's this posting.
Brad is spot on about Northwest Ohio. My Wife & I grew up in Van Wert and Paulding counties. Our families still live there so we visit often. Brad and I both got our start in trapshooting at the Paulding County Fish & Game Club. People like Frank Ptak and Jim McElroy made such an impression on me that this year's Ohio State Shoot attendance pin was designed after the P.C.F.&G. membership patch: color, fishing rod & shotgun. People in that part of the State are the salt of the earth! Tim Hunsaker
I did a Zillow search of the area, if not for all that white stuff the homes actually are more than reasonable price wise ... I imagine I could get used to it but my wife is getting older and all that shoveling would probably kill her ... WPT ... (YAC) ...
North west Ohio is a very nice area. I still do business with co. in the area. I still like AZ. a little better. Roger C.
I will be there and shooting. I will be setting up the shoot on the computer system. I will not be running the shoot.
