It would be funnier if the fact that he does suffer from some type of mental illness wasn't true. His handlers won't let him have any face to face press briefings. WHY? They are afraid that if he gets an off script question he will AGAIN say something that highlights his diminished capacity. When they do trot him out don't be surprised if it is early in the morning. My now departed 92 year old father-in-law suffered from dementia, albeit not really severe when he died, but the doctors told us that patients that suffer from it are "sharper" early in the mornings. And remember that term, "Diminished Capacity", you will be hearing that a lot in the next 24 months.
