What causes this and how do I fix it?

 

It should say Mec Help

 

Check your to see if your o ring and brass washer are installed

 

New brass washer, put in the right way and a new rubber washer, not a o ring.

 

New brass washer installed directly on top of the charge bar with dimples up or on the bottle side and a new rubber washer on top of the brass washer.
