Need help on my Winchester HOF

    How do I correct the forearm Locking Lever from slightly coming open on my Top
    Single Bbl, The O/U Bbl has no problem.

    It has a sharp edge on it and it is Biting my Left Hand Palm.

    I am thinking I need to tap the Bbl Forearm Locking lug on the Bbl, or do I relieve it with a stroke of Small Flat file.

    It happens everytime I fire it, Only on the Top Bbl, I have to push it back up.
