My question about masks at the grand...for the vendors

Why weren't the vendors told everyone might have to wear masks at the shoot?

Do you think the vendors would have bid as much?

The first week of April Illinois sent letters to vendors to pay up ASAP. One week later Illinois sends an email to the ATA saying they can have the shoot provided the masking is dealt with. But, the letter is not shown to the vendors or the delegates.

If not for a foia request and a follow demand for the communication this would still be a secret. I am not an atty but this wreaks of fraud. jmho
