Less than 60 days ago their club house was destroyed by fire, yet this hard working group was able to pull off the largest team tournament in Wisconsin. It Might not be the Cardinal Center or Linn Creek ,but what this group can get out of a six trap house club! 91 team from 7:30 am to 7:30 PM plus shoot off's afterwards. Pitch a couple of tents where your club house was and run your registration and scoring out of your utility garage. Ran like a fine tuned sawing machine. A great time was had by all!! I will be back.
Almost forgot to get Ken's picture in -- Healed up and shooting again! Ken Cerney far right and his team
Looks like a great place to shoot! 91 teams in 12 hrs on 6 fields is impressive. These types of shoots prove that there is still interest in the sport. Congrats to the club and the volunteers. Thanks for sharing the details and pictures with us.
rrisum, It was great meeting you on Sunday. Great picture and thanks for sharing. How did you like the green targets?
What I loved was even a blind bind man could find where to shoot - Great helper -great numbering -- Sorry Ken don't know why you picture would come up ? will try again!
Bragged up the shoot and forgot to mention your great food --and free sweetcorn feed -Plenty of Wisconsin butter -After eating two ear of corn, dripping with butter ,I didn't need to oil my gun - had to leave before the evening fun and feed. Hope your fund raising efforts will make your club back to 100% . Your hard working group sure deserves .
Thanks for the build up. We try and make it a very enjoyable day for all attending. Too bad you couldn't stay for the pork roast it was good as always. The guys and gals that work the food end are GREAT, Many thanks for them.
