More lies but this from IDNR

    How does the saying go? Birds of a feather go to an EC meeting together.

    From the 2013 EC August minutes:

    page 7

    The next item on the Agenda was a report to be given by personnel from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR). President Radway introduced Marc Miller, Director of IDNR, and Art Ashbrook, Executive Director of the World Shooting and Recreational Complex (WSRC), to give the report. The following items were discussed:

    Even though the state of Illinois is currently having financial problems, it will continue to support and fund the WSRC project and honor the contract with the ATA.

    and continuing:

    President Radway and members of the Executive Committee expressed their appreciation for the outstanding working relationship that exists between the ATA and IDNR.

    The ATA is going to claim they were mislead, when in fact they did the misleading from the start ... The claims they presented to the State and IDNR initially would entice anyone to want to be a part of it from a financial stand point ... 100,000 shooters and visitors, seems to ring a bell ... What goes around, comes around ... "Fanasstastic " WPT ... (YAC) ...
