I was having problems with my Mec 9000e so I contacted Mec customer service and spoke with Bob Fuller. I explained the problem (automate was short stroking) so Bob said to box the machine up and he would email ups label. I sent the machine back and it was returned in 10 days, a like new machine. MEC has always been a model for customer service. This makes resale value of MEC machines very high. It is easy to make a used mec operate like a new one.
