Fakes News might result in some real dollars. Libel lawsuit by the teen is $250 million. Makes my day.

Is that the kid that was doing that stupid looking smile? I swear that kid had such a punchable looking face even if he didn't have the MAGA cap on. Still not worth a 1/4 billion lawsuit. We got enough frivolous lawsuits out there that make nobodys into millionaires.

Post attacked the minor. His face will be remembered as evil by some for life. Make it a billion!

Seems to me the kid that was first falsely identified as the defiant one, would have a better chance. Now that kid would deserve something. Can you imagine. Hell, even the lawsuit is politically motivated. I sure hope the kids parents have enough brains to only pay the attorney if he wins. Even if they win, they will be lucky to be awarded even a minute piece of that. Besides, that kid has had the avenue opened up to make more money than he could have ever imagined if he plays his cards right, even if he becomes a Priest.

Once it gets to court the reputation of that school will come out. These private schools are like a fraternity house. In some cases just as crazy as Animal House. The tomahawk chop won't help either. If we are going back 40 years with "blackface", they certainly will bring up 2012 no matter how wrong it is seen today compared to yesteryear. If the faculty not only condones the behavior, but is a part of it, I would think the defiance to the Native American may be seen with deeper intent. Not saying his intent of said reasoning was any better, but he is not suing anyone, yet. Call it a "Blackout" game or what ever, but complete innocence of the poor Catholic school boy is not going to be the strongest part of this case, no matter how it escalated. I know for a fact of an individual friend of mine the reason he sent his girls to a private school. It had a lot less to do with religion. He told me directly so.

Would make a nice School Christmas card, wouldn't it. Little Jimmy in the front there is even flashing a gang sign I think. Oh, wait, that is a "love you brother" in sign language.

I was a coach at a parochial school. It was not a fraternity house. Discipline up the wazoo. You walked right. Respected the adults and classmates. Very strict or goodbye. Please tell us the school(s) you reference. I also do not understand that the jury will want to know what happens in a school somewhere else. Confused....

There is no question they are very strict at parochial schools. That just makes the mice play harder when the cats away.

They won't need any other school for reference. The one at front and center will be the only one involved.

You said, "These private schools are like a fraternity house. In some cases just as crazy as Animal House." I wonder if you'd be kind enough to list several of "these" private schools that you appear to be defaming. Yes, please list at least two.

I probably should have been more specific. The schools are not necessarily where this activity occurs. I am referencing more some of the students behavior in particular when they have the opportunity to be out from the rulers, or out of sight of the superiors. Not saying all do. In my experience, where kids came from private grade schools, into a public high school system, some seemed to me to be a wilder group when it came to partying. Just because a kid goes to a parochial school does not guarantee they are going to be Saints is all I am saying.

I'm still more inclined to trust a parochial school student who is a faithful Christian and a practicing Catholic than a lying Indian activist with a proven communist agenda.

    Yea Harry. Makes mine too.
The poor little chap. I watched the video. He looked sooo traumatized. I don't know how he can possibly go through life after the shock and distress of having that mean ol' indian dude beat that drum and dance right in front of him!
And, that disgusting and partisan newspaper writing a story that implies that the poor kid was mocking that sinful old dancing protester (probably one of those paid protestors brought in by the evil ones fomenting disruption to destroy America).
I don't imagine any amount of money will make that poor kid and his family whole again. 250 million ain't enough.
    It just ain't.

I find it interesting that there are weasels in this world, even here, who find gratification in making alibis for liars.

Maybe a few more lawsuits like this one will encourage Bezos and all the other Commiefornica losers to pay closer attention to that old adage, "If you can't say something nice, don't say nuttin' all all."
