I have Randolph XLW glasses. What do you folks recommend for shooting in snow?

Try different colors and see what looks best to you, warm boots, and batting gloves ... The last time I shot in snow I used Polaroid lenses (deep purple) to eliminate glare, now I live in Arizona and don't have that problem any more, but still use the polaroid lenses on real sunny days ... I have 12 sets of lenses so I can really confuse myself if I so desire ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

Agree with others, Dark Purple works best for me. But if its real cold, my regular glasses, hot coffee, and sitting inside looking out works best!
