An interesting place at the Cardinal Center is the Lapua indoor test range.

Above is a barrel for testing Lapua 22 ammo. I asked how often he gets a misfire. He said “I don’t.”

Where is the LLapua ammo factory located? I haven't shot any of their 22's for a few years now. Are 22's all they make?

They also make centerfire. Very high quality ammo but pricey
