You may want to post the gauge (assuming 12 but I could be wrong), choke tube or fixed choke barrel (hangers are different) and the hanger number. You may also consider having yours engraved if it's the right # and you're just looking for aesthetics. It may be easier, cheaper and you can design it with the engraver to be unique. try Shamrock sporting arms they have some I believe.

 

I seen them more then I want to spend at this time trying to find one used or someone changed for a different one. Thank You for the Info.
