IDNR Monica - reports to the "TOP" of IDNR - ATA no longer ignored?

According to Monica Brachman and the ATA minutes, she now reports directly to the top of the IDNR.

Ms. Brachman stated that she now reports directly to to the top management at IDNR which means that the ATA's concerns will now be addressed.

Questions then come to my mind.

Why was the IDNR previously not addressing the ATA's concerns? How many years has the IDNR been ignoring the ATA's concerns?

Surely the IDNR has been aware of the ATA concerns of the past, and what have they done ?

I must of missed something but didn't the IDNR used to report to Monica Brachman when she was the HMFIC at the WSRC ... Now, her reporting to them seems like a demotion ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

 

These dimwits would have us believe the place was shuttered by Illinois because Govna Rauner did not know the chain of command. Now that we know Moaning Monica is in charge the SCTP will never be displaced again.

As a “Kool-aid” drinker myself, I believe Monica has done a lot with the little she can use. She is a lot better than some of the previous people in charge of the complex. She has brought in additional non shooting activities, that were never thought of before and I would give her the benefit of doubt. Get over the sctp shoot, there gone maybe someday they come back, maybe not. It’s old business. And Smithy I’m pretty sure if you called her moaning Monica to her face it would not turn out well for you.

You Kool Aiders need to get over the SCTP. They aren't just gone. Illinois abandoned them. If I remember right you also said you have a business nearby that needs the WSRC being located there. Very typical of the leaches that moved it there. Much like the Pull2012 group. At least you admitted it's not about the sport for you.

Golf and Carp fishing would be good or any non-shooting activity.

At least Monica seems to understand the place sucks for trapshooting.
