I have a box of 32 Colt Shorts - do they fit a 38 special?

.32 would be too small for a .38 bore.

There is a "vintage ammo" site that you can try to find prices on older ammo. You just might be surprised. I have a unopened box of Winchester .38 Short Rim that has a "Stetsons Patent, 1871" on it. The last sold price was just shy of $500.00

If you meant to type .38 short instead of .32 short then yes the shorts will work out of a .38 Special revolver.
