Its summer and shooting can be quite difficult in high heat & humidity areas.

Guys go to Health.mil--its a US military health site--enter hydration--very beneficial

I noticed yesterday after being outside in the heat pushing my walker, that my arms and legs felt weak when I had to walk up some ramps to get back in the house. I immediately drank some water and ate a potassium rich banana. Within minutes I felt better.

according to the military 16-32 oz of water/hr--also water intake should be 50% of your body weight on a daily basis--water temp is not important--if you're 200 lbs --100 oz of water

I bought an hydration multiplier at Cost Co, supposed to make drinking one bottle of water equal to drinking 3 bottles and adds a slight taste to the water (Passion Fruit) to make it easier to drink ... It is called "Liquid I.V", the package states 2-3 times more hydration than water alone, 3 x's the electrolytes, 5 essential vitamins (B3- B-5 B6, B12 and Vitamin C )... The breakthrough science of Cellular Transport Technology (CTT) is an optimal ratio of nutrients that delivers hydration rapidly into your bloodstream, hydrating you 2/3 times faster and more efficiently than water alone ... Living in Arizona I figured I would try it and see how it works, so far it does seem to make plain water a lot easier to drink ( no fat, 45 calories, low sodium, total carbs 12g, 11g of sugar ... Non GMO, Vegan, Gluten free, dairy free, soy free, Made in the USA ... www.liquid-iv.com ... In the summer months we drink a lot of water due to the temps and low humidity, see what happens ... WPT ... (YAC) ..
