I thought about this for a while and bought a couple of boards $20 online to make a voice activated trap machine controller. I had to make a mic out of my lady's Tupperware collection. I already had a 12VDC power supply and an ice cube relay. The thing worked flawlessly and I shot birds with it yesterday. Next is the wireless hookup. 5 little transmitters & receivers were a big $10. Hope they work!
Do you have a mechanism to delay the pull? It needs to be delayed somewhere b/w .2 and .3 seconds to replicate a human pull. All professional systems have this provision. An instant pull will be disastrous for many.
No but between a call and a bird, there is this delay. I'm calling thru a baffle to prevent stray sounds from setting it off + 50' low voltage cord + timer relay + dry contact ice cube relay. All those things add up!
