Heritage Inn

Have stayed at Heritage Inn for years while attending Ohio State and Cardinal Classic shoots. I have never had a problem and always was treated nice, this year the rooms went up, and I was told a cheaper price before arriving. I questioned the rate and was meet with rude behavior. There have been years that shooters from our club have occupied as many as five rooms at this motel. I ended up staying one night and went to another motel for the remaining stay, Art is a great guy and the motel is a great value but changes need to be made with employees. I posted this hoping that no one else had a bad experience and it was a misunderstanding. I would appreciate others comments on this years stay. There were no issues for stay during Ohio State this year, everything was the same price and the rooms were great.

 

We had 6 rooms during SCTP Nationals. Not a single one of us paid the same rate, some as high as $78.00. When asked, front desk lady was downright rude. Further, we came in from dinner one night (Before 8:00 PM) and awakened her grandchild (Sleeping on the floor) for which she was terribly rude to our teenage team members. Never, ever again.

 

Patch 2 and Kilmon…..I agree. Art has a huge employee problem there. I will forward this to Art. Sometimes it takes a kick in the shorts. Even for the good guys.
