has the connecticut travelers concept been tried elsewhere lately?

most Connecticut clubs know of the conn travelers.
I had the opportunity to know al anglace. he was a good friend of our family, and past president of the Seymour fish and game club. he has gone on to his reward now, but the one thing he enjoyed being part of was the conn travelers.
    the idea is sound.
the travelers didnt have a home field. it consisted of numerous club members from around the state. they would visit as many clubs as they could as a group, to allow shooters to experience new settings and backdrops, to socialize with other clubs, and to assist other clubs with shoot revenue.

I endorsed it. it was a team concept.

Q: has the concept been tried by other states?

I'd like to give it a whack in mo. there are so many top notch little clubs that could benefit from it.

god bless al. rest in peace. my dad and al use to go to the horse tracks together in nyc. cards every Friday night in places only spoken by word of mouth. whata guy! he is missed. a true gumba.
