Has a Club Ever lost Its ATA Certification

Lets say a club has let its facility deteriorate to a degree where its no longer a safe place to shoot. I'm talking about the physical aspects of the club. Not how the club runs a shoot. Can the club lose its ATA certification--the club is controlled by "skeeters" trap shooters suck hind teat.

 

Yes I know one in Tennessee had theirs suspended for not giving me their Open trophy, and was not given back until I signed a Receipt, I was given a Trophy, I got one but it was a lot smaller Trophy, They did not want to ask the Tn State winner to give back the Original Trophy the trophy or a duplicate that cost a lot more. It took several months to get it resolved and they could not register targets until they got a signed receipt from me.
