Got Calcutta / Meat Shoot

I would like to hear more about non-registered shoot events. I left the ATA long ago or as Flyer says "It left me."

 

Talk to some of the people that are running one or more of the clubs in your area ... We used to have Annies, Buddy Shoots, Protections and longer yardage (45/50 yds) shoots every Friday evening, after a fish and steak fry ... We would normally have any where between 15 and 30 shooters , some people just showed up for the eats and to watch the festivities ... Once people ( shooters) know its going to be a regular thing you will get more and more shooters and it can be a lot of fun besides having a chance of winning a few bucks ... Typical trap shooters do not consider what it cost them to win, only how much they won when all is said and done ... WPT ... (YAC) ...
