Wow, Glock is being sued because it was the weapon used in NYC subway shooting.Could you imagine if every auto manufacturer was sued likewise. Ford should be used because an Escape was sued in the Waukesha parade massacre.
A neighbor worked on the defense team of an auto mfg at a trial in Arkansas maybe 20 years ago. Lady ran off the road into a flooded stream in the van she was driving. Lady climbed out the window and got on top of the van . She had 2 or 3 toddlers who drowned in the van. She sued the MFG because the owners manual didn’t cover what to do in this situation. Her legal team included Johnnie Cochran . She won the trial and the jury awarded her $1.00 !
Nothing they havemt seen before, They must have a host of lawyers to battle this. They should settle IMO.
