Gee.....now what?

Sparta is closed. Delegates have been notified of the funeral. Now what?

Will there be a special meeting of the delegates? Will the EC take the opportunity to make the decision without any input. As this was not discussed at the meeting in Sparta (conveniently) then it looks like they get to make the decision. Strange tho a contingency plan was not discussed as this was announced by the governor long ago.
