FS: Perazzi MX8 SC3 European Sporter…SOLD

For sale a 12-gauge Perazzi MX8 SC3 grade European Sporter with #100 engraving pattern signed by Rippa. Serial number 126651 produced in 2003.

Externally selectable trigger group with factory set-back trigger and custom top lever. No wear on face of trigger.

30 3/4 inch barrel with flat 11x7 tapered cross-filed rib. Barrel weight 1528 grams on my scale and stamped 1560 grams. 18.4 bore with 2 ¾ inch chambers. Has Briley thin wall flush series 1 choke tubes. Comes with diffusion, skeet, IC, LMod, Mod, and IMod choke tubes. Barrels have ¾ length side ribs that are not detaching.

Very nice matching stock and sporting forearm with oil finish. No signs of any wear, dings, scratches, or cracks. With three different recoil pads LOP is 14, 14 ¼ and 14 ½ inches. Thickest pad is ¾ inch. Drop at comb is 1 ¼ inches and at heel 2 inches. Neutral cast and no palm swell.

Comes with factory SC3 case, stock and barrel sleeves, parts kit, stock tool, and factory paperwork. Case is like new on inside with just minor rub marks on exterior of case. No cracks or scratches and leather trim is intact. All three locks work and receiver strap is intact.

All serial numbers matching including the wood set. Only mods to the gun were cutting LOP of stock and adding three different thickness recoil pads and adding screw-in chokes. The gun is in excellent condition with low round count, tight action with top lever to the right. No scratches, rust, or blue wear except where barrel contacts forearm wood which is concealed when gun is assembled.
