For Sale: Ithaca SKB Century ll SB Trap....Nice SOLD

1975 (Japanese) Ithaca imported SKB Century ll SB trap in near excellent condition. I just bought this gun for my son , (who like his father), has moved on to yet another "holy grail" of shotguns....lol. Only 3 rounds shot through this gun since purchased. Very light usage from whomever owned it previously. Anyway, details as follow:

***** .....Although barrel reads "Century", this is the more desirable factory Century ll, as demonstrated by its beavertail forend. Gun weighs in at 8 lbs. 4 ozs.

***** .....Barrels: 32" black hard chromed in 95% condition. Near perfect if not for a couple of light scratches near muzzle. (See pic) Bores are bright & shiny with no issues. Fixed full choke. No ejection problem. Bradley front bead/steel mid bead.

***** .....Wood: French walnut Monte Carlo at 95% condition. Original factory recoil pad in great shape. No cracks/chips. Again, near perfect if not for one small ding and a couple VERY LIGHT handling marks on forend. (See pic) Checkering sharp with no "flats". Brass bow tie initial plate blank. Dimensions: LOP..14 1/2" DAC (parallel)..1 3/8" DAH..2"

***** .....Action: Closes tight with top lever well right of center. No galling or rust. Beautiful full coverage (machine) engraving on receiver/iron/long tang trigger guard. Excellent no creep gold plated trigger set at 5 1/2 lbs (per my spring trigger scale)

***** .....Gun locks up & shoots lights out with no mechanical issues. I would compare its weight/balance/handling to a BT 99, at almost half the selling price. Looks great too. I'm a big SKB fan, and hate parting with these increasingly hard to find Ithaca imported guns, especially in this condition. You may find a few of these around, but not this well taken care of. Will make someone a happy camper, youth or adult !

***** .....Selling for exactly what I paid just a month ago, (with my FFL fees).
Don't think you'll find a better dedicated single barrel trap gun for this price.
