Thanks for PM questions, I would say top barrel shoots 60/40 with beads stacked and bottom barrel shoots a little higher 65/35 or 70/30 at most with beads stacked. Gary

 

Some have asked about half touch recoil system, it’s the same internals as a soft touch system but comb isn’t adjustable. Greatly reduces any recoil and with black anodized finish it was 915.00 and waiting list at soft touch is 3-4 months, Rob does great work for sure. Thanks

Would the presence of the half touch interfere with adding an adjustable comb?

I just called Rob at Soft Touch, can’t say yes for sure without him or your gunsmith looking at it and seeing how much wood is above the top rod of the half touch. If he was closer to where I live I would have him look at it but he didn’t want to say yes without seeing it which is understandable. Thank you, Gary
