CSM just lost a sale

    their no returns policy and lack of tact on emailed questions concerning their guns, just cost them a sale.
    if you post a no return policy, you best be ready to answer a thousand questions for your customers.
    a customer should not have to pry out basic info that isnt posted in an ad; and, csm should be willing to answer it and respect the desires of the shoppers interest. i/e: serialized parts, cast, suspect errors, etc...
    and...at no time should they try to cut to the chase and give a buyer an ultimatum when they feel they answered enough questions. (i/e: are you going to buy it or not)
    so...buyer beware for those that can get lured in by csm's pretty guns, then are required to take it or leave it.
    and people wonder why the gun industry and so many people left conn.. it wasnt just taxes.
